Being a model I feel pressured to continually beautify myself to keep up with others in the industry. This includes nails, nutrition, etc, etc. I also used to have hair extensions which were glued in, like many other women. What a stupid mistake that was! First my hair started matting up & I ended looking like a winged cat with matted clumps at each side of my head!

No matter how hard I tried to untangle the mess (I even used nail polish remover, I was so desperate!) my hair just kept coming out in clumps; which I now know is a very common problem. In the end, I had to cut the glue from my hair & I was left with a ridiculous self inflicted hair cut & shiny bald patches all over my head. I was so depressed because my looks are my income, so I knew I had to find a solution.

I scoured the internet for a full head's coverage of clip in human hair extensions, like I'd seen celebrities in magazines wearing; but the only ones I could find were hundreds of pounds! I decided to make my own...

Each day I receive emails from people in the same situation, who have had their hair literally ripped out by the extensions tugging at their heads. I've thoroughly researched the extension business & when push comes to shove...hair & glue just don't mix - no matter what anybody says. It's such a ridiculous thing to do for the quest for beauty.
