Delivery.

All orders are shipped within 5 days of receipt of payment.
All orders are posted by first class signed for Royal mail special delivery. This includes tracking.

Hair is packaged in plain brown envelopes with no indication of the contents; unless your country's postal regulations demand a customs label on the front of the packaging.

We ship WORLDWIDE! Delivery costs a flat rate of £5.95 to the UK (Special Delivery) & £10.95 to all other non UK countries

Model Manes regrets that we cannot accept exchanges or returns. We are obiligated to be bound by UK Hygiene regulations. We understand that it may be difficult to find the perfect match for your colour from a computer colour chart, so if in doubt please post a hair sample to us for a perfect colour mach if you are unsure.

Due to the nature of the product & hygeine reasons., we regret that we can not give refunds on non-faulty items. All items are checked for faults before they are dispatched. When a refund is given, it will be excluding any postage & packaging costs. When hair is returned to us, it should be sent by a form of recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items going missing in the post, so it is important that you obtain a proof of posting & a recorded mail slip.

We also regret that we do not accept orders where more than one item is ordered to test your colour, then the remaining items sent back! If you would like a perfect colour match, please post a sample of your own hair to us, or please purchase a colour ring.
